Rensfed invites sealed tenders from eligible and experienced contractors for the Office Computer Networking and IP Camera Installation Works at our headquarters. This project involves the design, installation, and configuration of a comprehensive computer networking system, along with the installation of high-quality IP cameras to enhance security and efficiency at the office premises.
Scope of Work:

Office Computer Networking:
- Design and setup of a structured cabling system for the office network.
- Installation and configuration of switches, routers, and other networking equipment.
- Testing and verification of network connectivity for all workstations and office devices.
- Ensuring proper documentation of network layouts and configurations for future reference.

IP Camera Installation:
- Installation of high-definition IP cameras at key locations within the office premises.
- Configuration of IP cameras to a centralized monitoring system.
- Setup of remote viewing capabilities for management.
- Ensuring complete integration with the office’s existing security systems.

Maintenance and Support:
- Providing a warranty period for all installations.
- Offering post-installation support for troubleshooting and maintenance of the network and IP camera systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Contractors must have at least 3 years of experience in similar networking and surveillance system installations.
- Must possess all relevant certifications for networking and security system installations.
- A proven track record of completing projects within stipulated timelines.
